Missing $20bn: FG Releases FULL PwC audit report on NNPC’s accounts (DOWNLOAD)

Pres. Goodluck Jonathan has ordered the immediate release of the forensic audit by PwC into the accounts of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Here is the report in which the presidency not only made that announcement, but also criticised the APC over its claims that administration officials were planning last minute looting of resources.
