PriceWater House Cooper Submits Forensic Audit Report Of Finances Of The NNPC To Jonathan

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday received the forensic audit report of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation carried out by PriceWater House Cooper at the Aso Rock Villa.


The report was made available to President Jonathan by PWC’s country senior partner, Uyi Akpala and the Risk and Quality Leader for Africa, Gabriel Ukpeh.

The audit was ordered by Nigeria’s minister of Finance Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala after a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi disclosed that over $60 billion was stolen by NNPC officials in collusion with some local oil companies.

The content of the report has not been disclosed to the public as at the time of publishing this report.
