Nigeria’s president Goodluck Jonathan
took the commendable step of hosting widows and children of soldiers who
died fighting Boko Haram insurgents in the North East. The president pledged that his administration would be committed to their well being.
The president also assured them that
Nigeria “will not forget the sacrifice of these our brave men in
uniform” and that the days of terrorism in the country are numbered.
“Let me reassure you that Nigeria will
not forget the sacrifice of these our brave men in uniform. I strongly
believe that the days of terrorism in our country are numbered,” he
said.
